“This list is an attempt to capture the songs that filled the floor during 2010,” explains Association of Beach and Shag Club DeeJays Historian and Webmaster David Sessoms in his introduction to the most recent Top 50. “Not necessarily the newest, but the most consistent at bringing dancers out across the Carolinas and everywhere that shaggers come to dance.”
