For fans of ceramic, porcelain, and stone, Coverings 2024 was the place to be. It’s where interior designers, contractors, distributors, and more gather in Atlanta once a year to talk tile and introduce new trends. Four worth sharing:
Portobello American’s Impasto Collection, reminiscent of scalloped roof tiles, offers plenty of dimension in 16 colors.
ABK Stone’s Cooking Surface Prime matches material and technology with the new invisible induction cooking system. It looks like a countertop, but when switched on, it’s a cook’s dream.
Wow’s Melange Collection is all about gradients. Each piece is like an element of a subtle rainbow that fades into the night.
Acquariodue’s Calathea line takes its cue from nature, with highly textured leaves, whose ribs create extraordinary chiaroscuro, and different colors and finishes add depth and dimension to any surface.
