How to Find Your Ideal Wedding Vendors

Selecting the right vendor is important. Is the baker whose cake caught your eye a good fit for your needs? Can your budget cope with that ace photographer’s pricing? Your personalities should mesh, too. If your wedding planner is not much on organization or your florist wants to ship peonies in from New Zealand, maybe it’s time to move on. Vendors can truly make or break your day.

• How do you deal with curveballs during an event?

• What exactly does your fee cover, and what fees are not covered? 

• May I see photos of previous events you’ve worked on?

• How many weddings have you worked on before?

• How many events do you take on in one day? 

• Do you have personal liability and professional indemnity insurance? 

• What will you wear?

• Are there any hidden charges I should know about?
