Special summer cocktails from The Tides Inn.
We’re about to usher in summer, and what better way to celebrate its arrival than with a pair of supremely quaffable libations, courtesy of the legendary Tides Inn in Irvington. “We always love summertime at the Tides Inn and feel the season lends to a little extra creativity behind the bar,” says restaurant manager Selene Aldape. “Fresh ingredients, vibrant colors and the need for something refreshing always inspire our team to craft cocktails that capture the essence of summer.”
Lancaster Lemonade
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. Limoncello liquor
Lemon juice
Topped with ginger ale
Mix the first three ingredients in a shaker until combined. Top with ginger ale and serve over ice.

1.5 oz. Union Mezcal
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
2 dashes of orange bitters
1 oz. egg whites
Rimmed with orange & Tajín spicy salt.
Combine and shake the first four ingredients in a chilled shaker. Top with egg whites and serve over ice in an orange and Tajin-rimmed glass.
