The bride is the daughter of Ms. Mary Ellen Palowitch of Annapolis, Maryland, and Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Palowitch of McLean and Madison, Missouri. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Miller of Laytonsville, Maryland. The couple currently resides in Alexandria.
