A popular overnight accommodation

There are many lovely places to stay in Lexington including Abigail Inn right on Main Street. Built in 1928 as a fraternity for Washington & Lee it was converted into a Bed & Breakfast in the 1990’s, so it has the feel of a boutique hotel. There are eight (8) large rooms each with an attached bathroom. On the first floor besides a large living room there is the dining room with the largest table in town. The owners decided to put all the guests at one table for breakfast as a way to get acquainted with other travelers. Often townspeople are invited to join the guests and tell about life in Lexington.
