Mother’s Day Brunch at the Inn & Tavern at Meander!
Does your mom love spring flowers, wines from Virginia and history? If so, come celebrate Mother’s Day at the Inn & Tavern at Meander, a beautiful 1766 historic country inn offering accommodations and casual dining, surrounded by 80 acres of rolling landscapes in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We’ll have a delicious brunch buffet prepared by Executive Chef Greer Brannock with roasted salmon, orange glazed chicken, eggs benedict, white chocolate bread pudding and more! Guests can choose from a robust menu of local Virginia wines.
Reservations are available starting at 11am with a last seating at 2:30pm and the brunch buffet is $48 per person (children 12 and under are $24 per person).
The Inn is packed with history and America’s forefathers have dined here. George Washington stayed on the property for over a month after the French and Indian War, and Meander was a favorite retreat for Thomas Jefferson, who was a regular dinner guest on his way to the White House from Monticello. The Meander Lawn offers incredible sunsets over the Blue Ridge Mountains, which guests can enjoy from Meander’s porch.
