Flute Frenzy’s ‘Overture’ Flute Class

Overture is Flute Frenzy’s weekly tuition-free class for beginning flutists in 5th or 6th grade in their first year playing flute. Taught by Flute Frenzy’s Artistic Director, Sean Arawjo, the class instruction will focus on the basics of tone production and flute technique, such as breathing, tonguing, and hand position. Students are eligible for this class once they are able to read and play at least *five* notes. Students must supply their own C flutes. The 2025 season will begin Wednesday, January 8, 2025, 5:45 – 6:45 p.m. and continue weekly through the end of May. Space is limited, so sign up as soon as you can read and play five notes!
