First Features: Griffin in Summer

First Features is a film series showcasing the very first feature-length works of filmmakers. Each screening is followed by an in-depth Q&A session that provides insight into the creative process. September’s viewing will spotlight Griffin in Summer, directed by Nicholas Colia. The screening will be followed by a conversation between the director and VCU Cinema Professor Danny Caporaletti. First Features is a coproduction of the ICA and VCU Assistant Professor of Cinema Yossera Bouchtia. Schedule: 1:30 PM: Auditorium Doors open 2:00 PM: Film starts followed by discussion and Q&A.
