CASA Evening Under the Stars, Manassas

On Sept. 15, CASA Children’s Intervention Services hosted its 18th Annual Evening Under the Stars at the Loy E. Harris Pavilion. Proceeds from the event, attended by 900 guests, will benefit abused, abandoned and neglected children.
