Visions of Resilience: Equipping future generations to tackle climate change through a social justice lens

Join Changing Planet Justice Foundation‘s Executive Director Arielle Kouyoumdjian on Thursday, December 21 starting at 7pm for an engaging webinar that delves into the crucial intersection of youth empowerment, climate justice, and artistic expression. In this thought-provoking one-hour presentation, we will explore why youth voices are at the forefront of the climate movement, the disproportionate impact of climate change on marginalized communities and their struggles with food insecurity, and the compelling role of art in addressing these pressing issues.

Registration ends 15 minutes before the presentation. This webinar will be online through the Zoom platform. Registered participants will be sent the connection information via email two days before the talk, two hours before the talk, and a final time 10 minutes before the talk. You may attend on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

This event is being held in anticipation of the Visions of Resilience: Art for Climate Justice exhibit that runs January 5-27, 2024 in partnership with Changing Planet Justice Foundation.
