Learn the ins and outs of prepping for and mixing resin, and how to use it as an adhesive, a covering, or the main medium. There’s lots of creative time during this 3-hour workshop… No need to rush, which is one of the first lessons in using resin! Moving Day Richmond is a celebration of movement and exercise—proven to help manage PD symptoms. At Moving Day Richmond, community members will gather for movement demonstrations and can visit with partners, sponsors, and even Nutzy, the Flying Squirrel’s mascot. Participants can also take part in our signature We Move Ceremony, followed by a 5K walk.

Since 2011, Moving Day events across the country have raised more than $45 million supporting the Parkinson’s Foundation mission to make life better for people with PD.
